Thinks to look for that may indicate illness in your dogs are:

  • Loss of Hearing.

Do to the nature of dogs, most dogs will suffer from a least one form of internal or external parasite. Regular grooming will help you spot signs of infection as most parasites will leave tell tail signs on the fur and skin.

Internal parasites are:
Roundworm, Tapeworm, Hookworms, Whipworms, Giardia & Heartworms

External parasites are:
Fleas, Ticks, Mites & Lice

Ticks can cause a disease called Lyme disease. This disease is contracted through tick bites that release Dog Insurance Dog bacteria into the bloodstream, causing symptoms similar to those experiences by dog flu. Left untreated, Lyme disease will cause heart and kidney problems.
